Perception… Defined as the process, act, or faculty of perceiving. But to perceive is such a broad category. Perceive what? The world perhaps? The world and all of its inhabitance? Sure, why not? Lets do that, just that. This world, so great with all of its treasures. Our earthly possessions that we seem to treasure so much. Be it a grand camera. Or the elegant frame that holds its creation. Or the person in the picture, caught in the still frame that is eternity. Or it just may be the memory captured in that photo. A memory of happier times. Times when the softest of heart remained unshattered by the obstacles of life, and of this world. Can you remember such a time? I can. I've always thought there was great ignorance in youth. A time in our lives when the simplest of things brought us so much pleasure. And now that our youth has caught up with us, and the past is now the present.
